Why are you so angry? you feel disappointed, you're frustrated,  you feel down like you are at the lowest point of your life? isn't your life is about  fulfillment, and not about achievement? You feel alone nobody cares  and you are different, you want something but you've got nothing just remember that Christ is enough. You are here to live like Jesus has lived,  to do Father's will,  and to finish His work. Living His will and enjoy it. Bandung, 13 November 2015  

Tahukah saudara, otak kita terdiri dari 100 milyar sel saraf yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memproses data yang amat kompleks; jantung saudara berdenyut sekitar 80 kali per menit atau 100.000 kali per hari, memompa sekitar 7600 liter darah setiap hari. Darah tersebut akan menempuh perjalanan sekitar 100.000.000 meter dan kembali ke jantung kurang dari satu menit. Setiap hari tubuh kita memproduksi sekitar 100 milyar sel darah merah. Paru-paru saudara menghirup nafas sekitar 20 kali per menit, untuk menghirup sekitar 2.000.000 liter udara setiap hari, dan semuanya tadi melibatkan sekitar 300 juta alveoli, yaitu, gelembung udara dalam paru-paru kita; hati-liver saudara memiliki 500 fungsi yang berbeda; ginjal saudara menyaring sekitar 200 liter darah dan menghasilkan sekitar 2 liter cairan lewat air kencing; sensor di telinga saudara mampu menangkap dan membedakan 1.600 frekuensi yang berbeda; sensor di hidung saudara mampu mengenali dan mengingat 50.000 jenis bau yang berbeda; lidah
